How to get started
Benefit verification: We handle the details
After you submit your initial inquiry, our dedicated team immediately contacts your insurance provider. We confirm your specific coverage details, including any deductibles, copays, or out-of-pocket maximums associated with your plan. We then communicate a clear breakdown of these benefits and costs directly to you. Once you decide to proceed, we secure authorization for the initial assessment phase.
Developing your child's custom treatment plan
The assessment is key to understanding your child’s specific needs. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan based on the assessment findings.
Authorization approved: Starting therapy
After your child’s treatment plan is complete, we’ll review it with you and submit it to your insurance provider for approval. Once authorized, your child’s ABA therapy will begin.
