Frequently Asked Questions
Get answers to all your questions about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
What type of ABA program do you offer?
We primarily provide a center‑based, full‑day ABA program designed to give children consistent structure, routine, and intensive learning opportunities throughout the day.
Do you offer in‑home ABA services?
Yes, in‑home ABA is available when clinically appropriate, but our main model is center‑based. In‑home services are typically recommended for targeted goals such as daily living skills or home‑specific routines.
What does a full‑day center‑based ABA program look like?
Children participate in a structured schedule that includes 1:1 therapy, functional play, social opportunities, skill‑building routines, and ongoing BCBA supervision to support steady progress.
How does telehealth or remote supervision work?
When an in‑person BCBA visit isn’t possible, secure telehealth tools allow our clinical team to observe sessions, guide RBTs, and support caregivers in real time—maintaining the same standards as in‑person supervision.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We work with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Tricare, Medicaid (varies by plan), Molina, Superior, Ambetter, and others. Coverage depends on your specific plan.
How do I start the enrollment process?
Families begin by completing our referral form. Our team reviews the information, verifies insurance benefits, and contacts you to schedule an intake appointment and discuss placement in our center‑based program.
What are your hours of operation?
Our center operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Central Time). Hours may vary slightly by location, but all scheduling and communication follow Central Time to ensure consistency across clinics.
